Create your first workspace
A workspace keeps your brand settings, contacts, posts, knowledge and scoring rules together.
- 1Log in with your email.
- 2Complete onboarding with your name and workspace name.
- 3Open Workspace settings to add brand voice, prompts and scoring preferences.
- 4Invite collaborators from Workspace members when you need shared access.
Install and connect Echo Radar
Echo Radar connects supported LinkedIn pages to your Echo workspace through a personal API token.
- 1Install Echo Radar from the browser marketplace.
- 2Open Echo, then go to Radar > Extension.
- 3Click Create and connect extension.
- 4If quick connect is unavailable, copy the token and paste it in the extension popup with origin https://echo.graffico.it.
The extension is installed but nothing appears in Radar
Most capture issues come from a missing token, an unsupported LinkedIn URL or a page that has not fully loaded.
- 1Open the extension popup and confirm it says Extension collegata.
- 2Check that the active page is a supported LinkedIn feed, search, hashtag or profile page.
- 3Reload LinkedIn and wait a few seconds before scrolling.
- 4Open the debug log from the popup and check for token, network or parsing errors.
What does the browser extension read?
It reads visible LinkedIn post/profile content on supported pages and sends it to Echo. It does not like, comment, message or send connection requests.
How does Radar decide what matters?
Radar scores captured posts using your workspace criteria, keywords, engagement signals and contact context, then groups them by action priority.
Add Radar sources
Sources describe where the extension should look for signal: feeds, searches, profiles and hashtags.
- 1Open Radar > Sources.
- 2Choose a preset or create a custom source.
- 3Use specific LinkedIn searches or hashtags for stronger ICP signal.
- 4Review captured posts from Radar and draft responses only when relevant.
Why are some posts dismissed?
Dismissed posts are usually below your relevance threshold. They are still useful for tuning keywords and scoring rules.
Save a LinkedIn profile to Relay
Relay turns profile information into a contact record you can qualify, follow up with and move across the relationship pipeline.
- 1Open a LinkedIn profile page.
- 2Click the Echo Radar extension icon.
- 3Choose Save current profile.
- 4Open Relay to review the contact, score and next action.
How should I use follow-ups?
Use follow-ups to schedule the next meaningful touchpoint with a contact, not as a generic reminder dump.
Create reusable content templates
Templates help keep recurring content formats consistent while still adapting to the topic and audience.
- 1Open Forge > Templates.
- 2Create a template with goal, structure and reusable variables.
- 3Use template variables for audience, hook, proof and call to action.
- 4Generate a draft, then edit it before publishing.
What is the content calendar for?
The calendar helps plan publishing cadence, spot empty weeks and keep drafts connected to concrete publication slots.
AI generation is unavailable
AI features require provider configuration and available quota. Check workspace settings and provider keys before retrying.
- 1Open Workspace > Prompts and confirm the expected prompt pack exists.
- 2Check server environment variables for the configured AI provider.
- 3Retry with shorter input if the request is too large.
- 4Review the AI status card for rate limit or provider errors.
How do I improve generated drafts?
Improve workspace brand voice, add better knowledge examples and use precise templates. The AI works best with concrete context.
Revoke an extension token
Revoking a token immediately stops the connected extension from sending data to your workspace.
- 1Open Radar > Extension.
- 2Find the token used by the browser.
- 3Click Revoke and confirm.
- 4Create a new token if you want to reconnect that browser.
